Title: Skate Demo - on XBL
Post by: Nonentity on August 22, 2007, 11:34:51 AM
According to Major Nelson, the Skate demo hit XBL last night.

I was busy BioShocking, but this is good news too!

Hopefully it smacks some sense into the Tony Hawk brand.

Diddo. So far my favorite thing about my 360 is access to demos on a console.

Anyone know if there is an option to automatically download demos just like there is an option to automatically download XBLA games?

push push push HOP GRAB SPIN land HOP land

hee. HEEHEEHEEHEE.

This game is fun. I am forced to re-learn how to play skating games, and that is a-ok. The stuff with the dual thumbstick control I thought was fruity at first, but it's actually really cool.

I want to master this game.

So I played it, and yeah, its fucking hard. I like the theory behind it, and I think it could be really cool once you get the controls down, but the reviewer wasnt kidding when he said there is a steep learning curve.

I think the manuals are the hardest part.
