Title: Budweiser unveils epicac in a can
Post by: CmdrSlack on August 19, 2007, 12:52:14 PM
So I was just at 7-11 snagging a soda, when I saw this (http://www.ratebeer.com/Brewers/Beer/Beer-Reviews-74833.htm) in the beer section.

Budweiser + Clamato.

It made me slightly nauseous just thinking about it.

Reading the reviews at that link increased this sensation by about 35%.

That's gotta be a fake. Can't find it on the product website:

I saw it in the store. Today.

Seriously, I thought the Miller Chillada idea was bad enough. If there's one thing I'd never lie about, it's beer.

This fact sheet (http://www.anheuser-busch.com/press_room/mediakits/brewery/FactSheetStLouis.pdf) I found searching their site for "budweiser chelada" indicates that it's a brand they make in St. Louis. (PDF Warning)

A ton of people really like Miller Chill, despite how unbelievably horrible it tastes. The beer vendor at my store says it is one of his top sellers other than run-of-the-mill stuff (i.e. MGD, MLite, etc.)

It's their top seller because it's incentivized to hell and back. Salesmen at my company can make almost double their income by fufilling their objectives for Chill.   their Objectives pretty much guarantee that you will not be able to step foot into any place that sells beer without seeing it front and center. Add marketing campaign and boom, everyone wants it.

Chill only came out because Landshark (A-B) was making inroads.

Lemme know when they introduce Budweiser & Tomacco.  That'd be the stuff.

Which company are you with sigil, Pepin? I can't keep the beer vendors straight.

Beer and tomato juice is a hang over cure in Mexico.

By the sounds of it though I think it can stay there.

In my university days, budget beer like Pilsner was only digestable if you added some Clamato juice.

Hangover cures are bloody marys, not beer with tomato. I mean really, is cheap vodka that hard to get?

Would depend on your age over here, but I do think that youngster between 16 and 18 years of  age SHOULD suffer if the get themselves a hangover. :-D

A regional Beer Wine and NA  beverage distribution Company. We cover three states for various products, but our main lines are Red Bull  and Miller/Coors.

If this doesn't spur Congress to solve our immigration woes, nothing will.
