Title: F13 cookie issue? Post by: Engels on June 11, 2007, 06:42:54 AM Anybody else getting this strange phenomenon where if you check unread posts since last visit, only a few show up, yet when you check the actual forums and subforums, there are tons of unread postings?

Nearly everything comes GF these days. You can even use my pizzelle recipe that I stuck in some other thread and just use all the GF substitutes. Rice flour works okay. You don't even have to add Xanthan gum or anything because you want the cookies to be as thin as they can be without disintegrating. Being gluten free has really never been easier, it seems. (well, if you like to bake) My aunt had celiac disease and made some lovely stuff. Unfortunately she died (not of anything related!) and took her recipes with her. :? Excellent derail, I have to say.
