For email, your email service provider should be providing that sort of thng. If not, switch providers (e.g. Gmail is open to everybody now). If you can't switch get an email client that has a statistical spam filter. If this is email for like your own company where you have your own email server, greylisting plus statistical spam filtering will cut it down to a managable level. It does the filtering on your end if your ISP doesn't do it properly or at all.
