GenCon 2014

Anyone else going this year?  They are releasing DND 5th edition and my friend and I are old school gamers (even met Dave Arneson).

I'm also doing board games (Game of Thrones, Firefly), a Flames of War WW2 mini action and a couple of card games. 

Registration starts tomorrow at noon by the way.

I'll be trying my absolute best to go this year, especially since I'll be knee deep in dork come fall semester.

If it's still in Indy, I may try to go. Anywhere near Chicago, really. My kid would enjoy going, and she'd likely go in costume. Also, I haven't been since CoV was in beta.

Now that I think about it, she went last time.....my wife was pregnant the last time we went.

Just finished registering.  Lost out on my #1 priority event!  Only got one ticket from my #2.  Crap.  Server has shit the bed and is down now. 

I'll check out Hex for sure.

I might drive up for a day on the weekend. It's only an hour or so away from Cinci, but I typically have crap to do that weekend.
