Yep, Bendis is going to do Civil War II as next summer's big Marvel crossover.

This should end well.

Can't we let the universe re-establish itself a bit after being shattered?  I'm not even sure of the state of things now.

Having seen the lineup of post-Secret Wars books, the answer to that is no. There's going to be some good stuff, but it feels like a lot of it is "shake things up because we can" and "this would have been considered a what-if story five years ago, not the ongoing book of tentpole franchises."
