Call him Professor Farnsworth or Doc. Brown. If he hasn't got a pedigree at least you can show everyone he's highly educated.

I like Fippy. I've always wanted to name a pet Schrödinger, but its really more of a cat name. What about Argos?

I've got nothing against him, he's a reasonably funny guy. I used to (and still do, sometimes) read his comic. It's a pretty good way to waste 45 seconds. What of it?

I can enjoy PvP once in a blue moon when he decides to do a comic based on computer games rather than a super-intelligent cat trying to kill Santa Claus.

So I really want to call him Skwisgaar Skwigelf, but the girlfriend thinks the name is too hard to say.  Skwizzie is an awesome name for a blue eyed little hyper furball.

Toki is out because it sounds like a name a couple of potheads would call their dog.

On a more serious note, I usually like to give pets "people names", like Larry or Ted.  There was a Shih Tzu named Barry at the vet the other day.  I about shit myself.

Well, it...looks like a rabbit. So, Rabbit? Lapin?

I've been trying to convince the wife to let me name our next dog Gozar. Especially if it's a labrador. Or Slor, if it's one of those big drooly dogs. But Gozar is awesome.

I'd suggest Buzz Killington, but that's really more of a cat's name.

I lived in a basement suite once under a Fijian family. They named their dog Johnny.
