Saw just one screenshot from female character creation so far, she looked surprisingly nice given the frankenstein's bride disasters on the beta screens.

I hate to necro this, but the topic matched my interest.  Does anyone use the option to cover up nudity and does it work well?

I'm really getting interested in this game by everyones' descriptions here.  However, I just can't have a lot of nudity up since I play in my living room with 4 kids and a wife milling around at all times.

I wouldn't mind cutting the gore down a bit too.  Not that it is obvious that I'm killing things, but I don't really need blood splashing around.

Did they do a good job with the mature content filter?

I turned mature content off.  I haven't been looking for, and haven't noticed, any boobs.  I just didn't like the decapitations.  Even with mature content off, there is blood.  I don't think my kids would notice much about the game by walking by.  They've rarely sat and watched me play any game (my 9yo sometimes watched me play WoW AV, because she likes to go there too - other than that, nope).

Anyway - it's more "mature" content than mature content, if you know what I mean.

Does turning the mature content just change the death animations or remove them entirely? I could care less about the heads exploding--especially since the animation is broken anyway--but it does seize control of my character and interrupts the rhythm of combat.

Sometimes my toons do a funny slow whirl around animation upon death stroke, and there's more blood, but no decapitation.  I guess this is what  you're talking about?

So the weirdly broken animation is still there.

Don't get me wrong, I love the fatalities, but it IS annoying when you're fighting multiple mobs and the first one you kill triggers a fatality. Breaks me out of my killing rhythm.
