This guy and his wife run 46 WoW accounts simultaneously. Costs around $1000 per month for accounts, electricity and cooling. Pretty sick, in both sense of the word.

Whenever an opponent discards a card, Megrim deals 2 damage to that player.

Two people running 46 accounts simultaneously - how can they do that without heavy use of macros/botting/cheating?
