Okay, I understand how that's physically possible with a corner. You press in opposite directions and friction holds you in place. What force is stopping the cat from peeling backwards off the wall? Is it digging its claws in?

Well, it wasn't the inside corners, but the outside ones, so the cat would hug it and skedaddle up ruining both sides of the opening and the face since that's where the rear claws went. As to how, yes their claws go right through the paper covering of the drywall and into the gypsum beneath. It's probably easier for them than climbing trees since drywall is a softer material.

Several of these are only unusable due to the watermark. In my job running the homepage of a major broadcast network, often a piece of content doesn't come with a pic, but I need one to use with it. Say it's about rabbits, so I search Getty for a stock picture of a "rabbit" and they have Rabbit Dressed As Hitler Sitting On A Watermelon Beside A Fake Turd, followed by Pregnant Rabbit In A Purple Tuxedo Being Petted By A Chimpanzee. I always want to ask the photographer "in what circumstances did you think this would be useful?"  Edit: P.S. On these stock photo sites you get the watermarked version until you buy the rights to the pic. |

Money doesn't make you happy, but it doesn't make you sad either. Like everything else life gives you, its how you use it. And I would certainly be more annoyed if I would have to think if I can afford the things I want right now or if it would be ok to spend money for that present I want to give my girlfriend. But then I don't overwork myself to make money. 8 hours a day 5 days a week gives me slightly less money than I spend per month and my holdiay and christmas bonus keep me afloat. And I'm fine with that.  |
