The hell with that, if you are gonna shed out that kind of cash go with the real deal and buy a pair of Whites or Nicks, which are hand made firefighting boots that will last a very long time and can be resoled and rebuilt. The bonus being people in the know will also appreciate that you have a pair of serious fucking boots. I have had my Nicks since 1993 and other than resoling them they are still going strong (granted I don't put anywhere near the miles on them when I worked for the Forest Service) Whites: Nicks: http://workingperson.com/products/22_353_246/1/4447/Whites_Boots:_Waterproof_Smoke_Jumper_Firefighter_Boots_400V.htmlI always snicker when I see someone in boots like those new rocks because I know they are built about as well as a pair of $9.99 walmart specials.

Also, I really didn't think posting that picture would cause a derail quite like this...

Eh, that's not a boot. That's a boot. Work a couple 18 hour shifts while wearing those boots and then get back to me about how your feet feel. I mean maybe they look cool? But my point with the fire fighting boots is that a) they last b) they are extremely comfortable because they are built with the knowledge that firefighters will be working insane hours while wearing those boots nonstop. At one point (before I bought a pair of Chaco's) my firefighting boots were the most comfortable footware I had.

Also, I really didn't think posting that picture would cause a derail quite like this... Das Boot! Theres an awesome German Restaurant in San Francisco where you can get those filled with what ever German Beer you want (and they even have bigger glasses than that..). I tried to kill myself on my Birthday by ordering a boot filled with Dopplebock.

I've seen that one by itself and with different texts over the years. It's made a lot of rounds.

Scary as it is, the lizard would be more amusing if they moved the nubs for inflation elsewhere. At least for onlookers.

I should get back to nature, too. You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer. Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached. Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

Best wishes Suzanne Under Neat That (they misspelled underneath). We will miss you. As in, the cake decorator read the instructions on what to put on the cake literally. You can find many cakes like it, along with ones much much worst, here: http://cakewrecks.blogspot.com/
