The "Zeus" free DLC for Arma 3 is out. And it looks nothing short of impressive. You basically get to be the Dungeon Master hosting, organizing, and dynamically changing a multiplayer session for whoever joins it.

I had a lot of fun with Goat Simulator. For about 15 minutes. I think its fair price would be 1$. 10 is robbery, except no one is actually forcing people to give it to them.

If we are going to talk about unfinished games, I played several of them before patching was a given.  More than one completely lacked an ending.  Same nuts, different hammer.

Why are people so excited about [Goat Simulator]?

I got it as a gift, it's just another one of those funny "screw around for a few minutes" kind of games like Surgeon Simulator or Octodad.  If you're worried about progression or the end game or balance or anything, this is very much not a game for you.  It's just a sandbox to muck around in.  I agree with Falc that in terms of content, it feels a bit light for $10, but I got a good hour or two of fun out of it.

Patch 1.1 for Goat Simulator will be adding a whole new playable map, local splitscreen multiplayer, new achievements, new goats, more optimization, and even new features such as goat parkour!

Mount and Blade too, while we're at it. I don't dislike Early Access as much as Kickstarter by any means, but it does irk me when an already suspect system gets downright abused.

Goat Simulator is pretty much 100% about the concept and being in the right place at the right time.

People care about Goat Simulator because it sounds wacky and fun at a time when wacky and fun sounding games are in vogue. That's really it.
