It's working. But there are two servers. Mind if I pick one for everybody since apparently I'm the first one to create a character?
EDIT: I created on the ORSHA server. Is that OK? Make it OK, OK please and thank you?
Note, that there is only two servers, Orsha and Klaipeda. And when you select a server, then you select a starting city for your character and the cities are named.... Orsha and Klaipeda. Duh....
So, if in doubt, create everything on Orsha and ignore anything named Klaipeda.

Orsha is a lot easier to type, so I'm fine with that.
I believe that all of us who got founders packs can eventually get a free server transfer also, in case people have a hard time reading and get dispersed when this goes F2P.
Edit: Does it matter which starting city we pick?

Yes, every founder pack comes with ONE free server transfer, it is stated in the FAQs. And about the starting city, I can't really answer that as we didn't have a choice in the beta so I have no idea!

I happened to check late-ish last night and saw they had pushed back the server opening by 4 hours.
As of right now (8:00am PST) the server list is up but, as Schild mentioned, nothing much seems to happening when you try and log in. If you sit at the server selection screen you will eventually be logged in after 4-5 minutes.
And from light browsing around the offical forums/reddit: unofficially Fedimian is the EU choice and Orsha is the Brazilian players go-to. I'm going to try Klaipeda just from process of elimination.

I was able to get past the server selection, pick a "family name", pick a character class and name it. Then when you actually click play a queue kicks in. I was position 318 in the queue and from the time of my last post (8:01am PST) until now (8:21am)I moved to 278. I have a free day off today, but I think I'll circle back to this later. I can go back to being confused in BDO for an hour or so.

If you had no server list displayed there are some files to download and manually add to your game folder - the other is some kind of text display error in-game, same process to fix.

I really wonder this queue thing. Why did I skip the queue?
Anyway, this is IMPORTANT! for those who didn't try the beta, first thing to do as soon as you get in the game is to go into settings and switch to MOUSE controls. Or joypad controls. They are both leagues better than the default ones if you ask me.

Something is wrong with your connection/account. My other friend from Italy purchased the game 5 minutes ago and logged in right away just now. No queue at all. Server Orsha. Hard to miss it with only 3.

I think something may have happened. I came back to find that I had been booted out to the login screen. Logged back in, and made it into the game almost instantly.
Also, I'm really confused as to what server we are all on. I know you said Orsha, but schild and others made it sound like they weren't doing that one, so I had been trying to get into Klaipeda.

I'm on Klaipeda with the wife. Getting angrier and angrier that we don't have mouse movement as an option. Or Mouse attack. Why deviate from the Diablo control scheme. Damnit.
