Can I get an invite to Trammel?  Want to stock up non-rusty guns before I go back to BC.

Okay, looks like the only one I know in Trammel with a hat is Polysorbate80, and I don't think I've seen him in months.  :P  Invite to Bat Country plz?

I'm trying to get back into this... but can't really find any goal I care even a little about. We don't even get camped in town any more. I assume because the town is short on targets and the attackers got bored of it themselves. The lack of any interesting developments or future directions doesn't help.

That said, while there is someone active in Trammel, can we get a post of what weapons it has? I'm getting into the rust belt for BC.

Did they reduce the soldiers tactics bonus to 50%? It used to be 100% right?

Yep, that's what it looks like. They also made it so that you get all your energy back when you level up which makes the start of the game quite a bit faster if you follow the quests.

Yeah, I"m digging the energy boost when you level.  Doesn't kick in nearly as often at the high levels but it's nice when you can line up your jobs to level you overnight and avoid the need for sleep.

(edit) They just recently added a shitload of new quests too, along with some Christmas quests that might have been there before.

Anyone looking to start a new character should come over to w5 and/or w9 and make a builder.

You can invite Righ on W5, I've started a new character there too, and made him a builder. Will take a bit before he's high enough level to build anything, but I'll get there again.

Won't take many levels before you're better at building than I am with my 70 points in Repair.   awesome, for real  And I've been occasionally working on our level 11 gunsmith 0.5% at a time for lack of anything better to do with my cash.

Did you not think to build up the bulid up the town hall first if you're limited in construction?  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

I'm at 7 labour points on the rank 11 gunsmith at level 11. I'll do some questing and some town hall construction until I get a few more levels / gear.

I thought of that, but at some point some expert builder told me that the town hall bonus is so minimal as to make it a waste of time.   awesome, for real

Touché. It is a waste of time if you're increasing your construction skill by four points every few hours.  tongue

Looks like Rebelwars got banned for trying to sell levelling tactics for premium points on World 11.

Wiping a character that actually spent real money on those nuggets is out of line.

Yeah, glad I never spent any money on nuggets.   awesome, for real  Still doesn't suck as bad as all my SWG loot being devalued by the CU.

They wipe characters that don't log in after a certain amount of time (extended by putting your character into 'vacation mode') but you should still have your unspent nuggets since those are on your account and not your characters. I'd certainly complain about that.

Looks like the volunteer mod who made the decision wasn't fully versed in Innogames' policy. It's okay to sell tactics for premium nuggets and he shouldn't have been banned. So they unbanned him a while back and gave him Fancy Boots to comp for the lost xp/income. Which is quite the advantage with the highest level tailor on the world being level 5. :)

This probably isn't surprising with volunteer mods who don't speak the language of the devs.

Well, that completely ensures that I will never play The West again, then.  Wiping my toon after I spent money on it?  Bad, bad decision.

Haven't been following progress or doing much (making some XP off being attacked while AFK though).

Have they added anything meaningful to extend the gameplay of late? Nobody has bothered to take our fort, there's still no fort shops and the idea of grinding to level 99 is  ACK!

Nope they've added no new gameplay at all. The latest addition was just a bunch of new boring and useless new quests all exactly the same as the old boring and useless quests.
