My family is addicted to Siamese cats.  My mom has almost always had one around the house the entire time I grew up (and she still does), along with my sister and various aunts/uncles/grand parents.  None of them howled any more than a normal cat (and their meow was certainly way nicer sounding than the cats in that video), so not sure about that stereotype.  However, most of these Siamese were Classic or Applehead varieties, not the Modern type (whose look I hate) showcased in that video.  So perhaps that’s it.

In my experience, with all of two siamese mixes, they are chatty as fuck. And nearly every Siamese breed site I've seen mentions it, so it clearly happens often enough they feel the need to actually warn people interested in the breed who don't know that about them, although it does appear that the classic ones are generally less chatty than the weird alien ones, and it obviously varies from cat to cat.

Those velociraptor claws kinda take away from the cuteness, specially since it took a swing at the camera.

Except that sloths have the muscle density of wet paper. They have those big and hooked claws so that they can hang from trees without using any energy at all, they are entirely evolved for a zero effort lifelstyle.

Is this where we mention that sloths are so dumb they'll sometimes grab their own arms, thinking they're branches, and plummet to their deaths?  Or that they're SO slow moving there's entire species of beetles and mosses that grow exclusively on sloths?

Terror from the trees they are not.

Don't think claws and think coat hangers and you are closer to the target with sloths. They are like adorable critters designed for easy storage.
