That has to be the ISS. The cables looks kind of ... floaty, and that yellow netting stuff on the left looks like webbing to hold things in place.

Ding Ding! We have a winner!  Just one more space-picture, from yesterday: The last ATV (Automated Transfer Vehicle) to be built reaches the ISS. The programme ends now with ATV-5 'Georges Lemaître', so we won't see such an image ever again.  Edit: I hope I am not spamming the thread too much. |

It's just more effective to train the astronauts to not snag or damage stuff. They're already moving very carefully because it's zero-g and if you move fast you're going to slam into the opposite wall when you get there.

You can tell by reading Overton's cap, but that's not what Tale's said. Hence, Yego's question about Korean War vets. No. The oldest living US veteran would be a vet of the oldest war. There is no way to read it in any other way than "he was a vet of WWII or, if all the WWII vets were dead, Korea" unless for some reason you thought that Korea was before WWII. |
