How did you draft these guys? I can't imagine Peyton+Luck making it past the first 12 picks.

Just curious.

It's a competitive league, but only 10 teams.  The stars just aligned.  I picked 6th and the first 5 taken were RB's, so Manning went in round 1.  I took Luck on the way back in the snake.  Foster was grabbed in the 3rd round, Julius Thomas in the 4th, and Bell in the 5th.  The best part is that I also have Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Oliver that I grabbed week 1 from the waiver wire.

Now I'm just waiting to be eliminated in the first round of the playoffs like happens every time I win the league in scoring.

Heh ya, that's a monster team.

I got lucky in my 2QB league by losing a bet to a friend, he made me take Julius in the first but that allowed me to dodge the stink of AP and have been lucky with it since then.

Just Foster+Bell+Luck+Peyton is so huge.

Laugh at me. I started Russell Wilson over Tom Brady.  Ohhhhh, I see.

Week Nine means crazy tactics.  Benching Decker and starting Stevie Johnson.  Daddy needs a new pair of shoes!

Just about every fantasy move I made this weekend blew up in my face spectacularly. Tom Brady may save my bacon in the regular league, but only if a combination of T.Y. Hilton and Ruben Randle get me a total of 10 points or more. That's a possibility. The JV league though? SO FUCKED. Choosing to bench Edelman because he's been fucking useless the last few weeks killed me. PHILLIP FUCKING RIVERS - FUCK YOU. -2 points, 3 INT's and shut out. That's just putrid. Had I started Edelman and Boldin, I'd be winning even with Rivers. As it is, I'll lose to the last place 1-7 team with a paltry 46 points unless Dwayne Allen goes sickhouse tonight.

My entire team in one league was on bye (thank you autodraft).  I could not make enough roster moves to make it workable.

On the bright side, you only have to put up with one week of bullshit.  I wonder if it might be a potential advantage in the long run.

I am pretty fucked.  Across two leagues, I have 3 Giants and 1 Colts player left and I need 25+ pts in both match ups.

Hey, I picked up Phillip Rivers in the draft because this was Rodgers' bye week. Fuck me.

At this point, how do we feel about Davante Adams over Colston?  I'm pretty sick of Colston.  I want my Boldin back.

E: This is for a competitive 14-team league.  Jordan Matthews, Stevie Johnson and Devin Hester (return yards!) are also available.  Colston and Andrew Hawkins are my expendable WRs.  I'm feeling incredibly indecisive about this.

My team looked so good on paper at the beginning of the season. Injuries have absolutely obliterated my roster in the main league.

I traded away Colston because I don't think he can be reliably counted on to make enough points every week. Adams is going to get some targets, as he's been showing up pretty good lately. He's no less reliable a points-getter than any of the other ones you mentioned. They are all pretty much feast or famine.

Yeah, I'm pretty perfectly indifferent to all of them at this point.  I knee-jerked and dropped Boldin instead of Colston or Hawkins last week, and I regretted it immediately.

E: Colston's schedule looks softer during the fantasy playoffs and I forgot to factor in Gordon's return for Hawkins.

My team has 8 players on BYE this week.  The team I'm starting is pretty laughable.

I knew it would be an issue... but being 8-1 makes it a bit easier to deal with.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

I'm most likely going to go without a K this week because I can't drop anyone on a bye.

For the first time ever, my kicker is on a bye and I picked up another kicker without dropping the original kicker.  Usually they are expendable, but this time I've got Gostkowski, and I swear that motherfucker is averaging 15 a game.

This time of year I tend to grab kickers that are playing a lot of indoor games.  Especially in leagues where they get more points for longer FG's.

My hopes of winning anything this week rest on McCoy and Parkey outscoring Maclin by 40 fantasy points tonight, the Eagles defense scoring multiple TDs, or Antone Carson seriously outplaying Luke Kuechly on Carolina's defense.

I'm probably going 0-3 this week.

Thanks to oakland being nothing but a JV team I need Sproles to have a really monster game that he hasn't produced since week 2 and Panthers number 1 wideout to break his leg before the game.  Goddamn I hate the Mannings.
