Not that I have seen. Thoguh supposedly they're doing a performance in Osaka later this year with one (probably not the huge huge one, though), so just catch a flight and take one yourself!

I think he's smiling at her badly deformed (or badly photoshopped, who can tell?) hand.

Forearms probably shouldn't have a 30 degree bend in the middle.

Fashion, look at the visible sleeve on the left arm.

I was thinking more along the lines of her complete lack of a thumb...

It's entirely conceivable that there is a direct link between her lack of thumb and her giving of the bird.  Maybe Amawhatsawhozitz had her thumbs removed for election protesting.

No, follow the outline of the arm under the cloth.  There is a distinct bend just as it exits the cuff.

Also, there is a thumb.  It's pressed up against the index finger.

I like "Little" Caeser the best.

Though who the fuck are Troy and "Baby Face" suppose to represent?

The only one I figured out of those two was Bob as in Bob's Big Boy. Big Boys aren't always Bob's though. Sometimes they're Shoney's and a couple other names I can't recall off the top of my head yet am too lazy to Google.

Sonic's Drive-in
Alright, now Troy "the Trojan" here is your legitimate pimp in the group. I didn't want to make it particularly obvious, since he's not your cheap street hustler. He's a man among the top of the flesh peddling hierarchy. And yes, the nickname has a few meanings behind it. Also, =Arada was pushing for a presence for Sonic's because of the girl carhops. She asked for some "roller hoes", so she got it. :XD: Sonic's apparently had an advertisement character called Katie the carhop, but I'm buggered on where to find any actual pictures or footage of her.

Quiznos
Remember those Quizno commercials with the talking baby, Bob? Just took him and made him up like George Nelson. I still can't help thinking of the latter in O Brother, Where Art Thou? He's so bipolar in that movie, but that's what makes him memorable.

I would've guessed Sonic too because of the drive-in girl "Katie."
