I think this picture is pretty awesome, given its context.

Though maybe it belongs in the funny picture thread.

Must've gotten lost on the way to Pennsic.

Uh, a google street view car randomly caught an odd scene in the middle of pittsburg?

Saw that one a while back.  If you follow the street caps one of them ends up on the ground.

I see that now, I was looking at the map-level view and wondering what the joke was.

Heh, yeah, you get a couple more action screens of the fight.  Looks like the Samurai loses.

There can be only be one!

Unless some studio somewhere decides that money can be made with more than one. Once having more than one no longer profits, or never profited at all, then and only can there be only one. Unless of course another studio reboots the whole thing.

Also, let's not forgot the television series addendum.

FIFY. wink

Fixed it further.

I think in one of the movies they mention more immortals coming from spcace(lulz) and in the series new immortals are constantly being born.  This leads me to believe that this highlander thing is one big pyramid scheme.

You have to think of it like an MMO with perma-death.  Every time you kill another player(npcs dont count) you level up. New players do keep joining but since it's not a popular game they don't show up all that often.  Newbies can kill high level players but it gets exceedingly more difficult, though if they can, their level gets bumped up to the level of whoever they killed.

There can be only one is a bit of a misnomer because there can be several but eventually it'll just be duncan mccloud camping the new spawn points for an easy ding.

So Earth is a level in a niche MMO played by aliens?  Or is it gods?

Very interesting and recently released pictures of Hitler

What he did was not awesome, but these pictures are. You rarely see photos like this.

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

Because it's designed for going downhill, it has no saddle and no pedals so it's purely for coasting down slopes. Therefore the back wheel doesn't need to be very big because your weight will be on the front the whole time.

Digg said it was a water bubble, which seems kind of surprising considering there are two  (three?) bubbles within.

Time Warp is the name of the show.

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”
