BTTF3 should be lower. Die Hard 4 should be added and higher than all except 1. Godfather 3 was a movie not a film, shouldn't be included. Same with Alien 3. Jurassic Park 3 >>>>>>>>> Jurassic Park 2.

As far as personal preference goes, X-Men 1 > X-Men 2. The statements above are merely fact.

Really? BTTF3 > 2 IMO. 2 just was a setup and had no real purpose other than meandering about trying to resolve why Doc Brown came back and set-up the wild-west finale.

I also disagree with Indy2 being the same level as 3. Really? temple of doom as good as holy grail? Feh.

I agree with you on JP2 and X-men, though.

It's already common knowledge that you have the worst tastes in movies out of everybody on the planet, so there's no need to remind us of this fact.  Just think of all the extra things you could get done in a day if you didn't take the time to constantly remind us!

Oh, you didn't notice. That part wasn't about taste. Or opinion. It was fact. Judging facts is a futile effort.

Those charts are seriously fucked up.  Almost all of them are partially or completely wrong.

Yes, especially if it manages to attract our local lover of shitty trilogy movies.

I liked Die Hard 3 more than 2 and 4 more than 2. But it's a toss-up between 4 and 3 for me. Justin Long was a more interesting sidekick but Samual Jackson pulled off the role better. Plus every time I see 4 now I think of that PA edition: "they taken down the internets sir! Which ones? All of them!" At least 3 was plausible.

BTFF3 was better than 2. The acting and story was better, and it had a good resolution. Indy 3 way better than Indy 2. Spiderman 2 was ok but 1 was better, if only because of the terrific lack of chemistry between Peter and MJ and the hamfisted heartfelt Aunt May scenes. Matrix is disqualified. There was only one movie. I'm not sure what those other things are classified as.

Otherwise, I agree with them. So, about 70% correct.

I will say that BtTF2 had Marty trying not to be noticed by and affect himself from the last film which makes it awesome, for real I don't know wtf they were thinking marking Temple of Doom equal to Last Crusade.

Crucially, the chart is the trilogy meter. Anyone who mentions Die Hard 4 clearly needs to spend more time looking at the pictures and less time being massively wrong. Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

What the fuck is Alien 3 doing so low?

BtTF was a horrible franchise, and all 3 Spiderman movies were trash.

I am very upset with the lack of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Rush Hour.

Also, the Jackie Chan trilogy of Winners & Sinners, My Lucky Stars, and Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars.

Indiana 2 should be far lower than Indiana 3. And 3 should be closer to 1.
Jurassic park 1 should be higher.
X-men 1 is superior to 2.
Spider man 1 should be closer to 2.
Diehard 2,3 should be significantly lower than the first.
Blade 2 was far worse than the original.
Terminator 1 should be equal or very close to t2.
Both the first and second batman movies need to be increased.
Alien 1 should be higher ranked than Aliens. A

Also, I have a hard time slagging any Back to the Future flick, I love the series and have seen it about a gabillion times. Just watched two the other day, and though it's a bit weaker than the others, it's only by a hair. The sheer amount of working around footage of the first movie was great, and there was a lot going on. Probably my favorite movie trilogy, even more than Star Wars (thanks to Jedi, BttF2 > RotJ imo).

Bear in mind that for a lot of Trek fans they were getting something long promised and looked forward to.

And, honestly, apart from the effects, it's not that bad.

In the case you quoted, though, he's right. 4 was as stupid as stupid can be, but it was the best since 1.

Nice.  Would making it freeze on the last frame for say 5 minutes add much to the size?

Blowing it up any bigger would probably make it look like shit. The hand already looks terrible at this size. And the shirt bears a more than passing resemblance to shading techniques used in Furry Art.
