Lookest thou here. I don't know that it's what you would call 'high' res, but definitely higher and unadulterated. You could always get the small print and scan it, if the desire is strong enough.

I would recommend looking at the rest of his work...that guy's either lost something, or found something, but either way he's pretty out there.

Actually, I would attribute that to less of the 'Don't steal my shit, bitches' impulse, and more likely to the use of something like Fireworks or Imageready, which will dice up an image into different pieces to encode them in different ways based on the visual content, and then spit out an HTML page with them all glued back together.
