I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

If I could have only one big luxury item in my house, it would be a sauna.  Fuck a jacuzzi, hot tub, even heated floors - I'd give it all for a proper sauna.  (even though I really Really REALLY miss my heated floors!)

Yeah those new SF4 figures by Neca are trash. I really hope they don't pick up the whole franchise because their Ryu and Ken figures are goofy looking. Ryu looks like some terrible repaint of a rejected Hulk Sculpt. Get out of town with that trash. I would wait a long time for good looking Sota SF toys any day of the week over getting a steady stream of awful Neca SF toys.

I tried finding a better lamp at Ikea, but I can't. I want one of the ones that clamps on.

Vague attempt to re-rail this away from toy posing....

My back wound! Spoiler tagged cos I just know someone will bitch if I don't. Warning - picture is not gory but is a picture of a real human being with a real, fresh (but very neat & clean) surgical scar.

It's a very neat wound closure, too.  Did they sew it up internally or laser it closed?

I'm not sure tbh. I know they did electrosurgery but I dunno if that's used for closure or not. One of the nurses did mention stitches at one point but I was high as a kite on morphine at the time so I'm not entirely sure what she said. I can't feel anything stitch-like under it.

It looks like mine, but without staples. Which is to say, it looks exactly like they sewed on the inside.
