I was referencing the creepy Robin. Cosplay doesn't bother me any more than any other geeky pursuit, but that guy? Willies, man.

It would be funnier, I guess, if it wasn't posted by the person taking the screenshot. It was posted ONE SECOND AGO.

Ah, Good point.  Also, I meant to post that in the funny picture thread and not this one, but oh well.

Man, you guys are scared of a simple nerd convention? Hell, it didn't even really look Crowded, and it's not even Trekkies!

Just reinforces that I REALLY should have taken pictures or video of Otakon. Maybe if I end up going this year...
Dude, I think nothing of having a debate over the pro's and con's of dragons as a playable character race for MMO's in a public restaurant.  I was perhaps single-handedly responsible for the brief popularity of loud Club Shirts at game developer conventions.  I am not above wheedling a Speaker slot at a sci-fi convention just so I can go to the better parties and get drunk alongside James Marsters and Christopher Judge.  I tell jokes where the punchline requires an understanding of Quantum Mechanics or graduate-level mathematics.

And that is *way* too much concentrated Geek essence for me.

This is not a fad that should die. Loud shirts are awesome. I need more of them.

Next time we're at the same conference, we should have a loud-off.

PUNCH. THAT. SHIT. was perhaps the most awesomest moment in that movie for me. First time I saw that I was like FUCK YEAH.

I read an article the other day about how easy road signs are to 'hack'.  It's apparently the new cool thing to do, and most of the ones changed display Zombies Ahead!.  Heh.

Quote
"Christianity: The belief that some cosmic Jewish Zombie can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree. Makes perfect sense."
