EVE Online's going F2P. You can still sub and play EVE like it's always been played. F2Pers can train/run T1 frigates, cruisers, and destroyers of their PC faction only.

What other skills are you allowed train?  I mean, it's sort of impossible to play with just the "cruiser" skill.

Wonder what happens if you character is in space with an advanced ship and you try logging in. And I wonder does that include faction cruisers.

The Battlefield games have all gotten progressively worse since 1942 (a game so good that I even played it offline against bots a whole lot).  I would literally rather boot up and play 1942 right now than any other BF game.  They just couldn't resist chasing the other dudebro shooters out there, like we needed more of them.  It is like some bad metaphor for the entire gaming industry.

Eve Online F2P...is there even any reason to bother at all with those restrictions?  This is intended as a legit question, I have only played the game as a trial a long time ago.

The only other BF game I had fun with was Bad Company 2 - all the others since have turned into a spammy mess with people spawning all over place with hardly any rhyme or reason, which makes proper battle lines impossible.

I enjoyed BF4 a lot, a fuckton more than 3 (which was just horrible). Bad Company 2 was also really solid. Everything since BF4 has just been awful though, especially Hardline. BF1 is "as good" as BF4 in that it's basically still just BF4 only with WWI skins. It's just not a WWI shooter because it feels nothing like WW1 should feel.

Webzen has announced they are closing two of their MMOs they launched within the past year or so, Asta and Eloa.  Asta was a straight up WoW clone with an Asian skin while Eloa was a top down, action RPG similar to Diablo 3 and Tree of Savior.  While Asta was kind of fun for a bit and seemed well made and has some interesting features, Eloa was trash.  Neither one was really worth your time so I'm sure they won't be missed by other than the dozens of people who played them.

I played WoW... err, I mean, Asta... very briefly and it wasn't bad at all.  It's is very nearly almost exactly like WoW with Asian characters.  Even the colour scheme and terrain looks like WoW.  I was actually looking for an Asian MMORPG at the time and it didn't make the cut.

It was a foil card from some anime/visual novel type game. There was only one other card on the Market.  It paid for the game!

Forza Horizon 3 demo came out yesterday for Xbox One. Pretty nicely done demo as it gives you a taste of few different event and race types, then dumps you into and online session where you can repeat any of the events in online mode. It looks great as always. I'm excited this one's a "play anywhere" title so if you buy digital for X1 or PC you can play on both and progress is synced. No demo for PC yet.

Basically a remastered version of 1 and 2.  Consoles get a remastered version of Infinite; PC version of Infinite "meets current standards"

If you already own them on Steam, you'll get upgraded automagically!!!   Upgraded versions include all DLCs, according to articles, but for the life of me I can't remember any DLCs on 1 & 2.

There's this adorkable game named Dragomon Hunter.  By that I mean cutesy pets, silly clothes and girls with boobs but the face of a four year old.  I think you guys with young kids would really like it.  Young as in before they know how creepy a woman with a four year old face is.  It seems easy enough.  I played until level 15 so far although I did wander off for about seven hours and came back to find my corpse.   

Rendakor and people from Iceland will probably like it, too.

Link to the Polish Post Office's site (English). Note that they apparently only take payment by direct bank transfer, so it may be hard to buy one if you're in the US. My spouse is getting help from a few friends in the EU to handle the payment part. It looks like shipping to the US will be about 5-10x the cost of the stamp+envelope. I don't think there's an option to have the Polish post office just put a bunch more of the Witcher stamps on the outside of the envelope to mail an un-cancelled one to us.
