Any samples of what you've done?
Not really as such, but I just went through my collection and trimmed the fat (i.e. pictures I'd lost somewhere during the years) and I just began looking for new panorama software to use as the one I got with the gigapan robot could be ... quirky. Hugin seems to be a pretty good choice so far, and did this with 7 pictures:

http://gallery.mindriot.as/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=7534&g2_serialNumber=1

I'm not adding it as an img link or spoilered img due to size (the file is 4MB or so...), and it's not particularly impressive apart from a slightly larger size than normal, but I'm fairly impressed with how it dealt with the seams. If you look closely you'll see the seams due to the waves having moved from picture to picture.

I'll probably see if I can't find some of the bigger pictures I took in 2009 and didn't delete because the sun disappeared in the middle of the shoot or something. I expect it'll take a few hours to process those, though, along with a few GB of HD space/memory.

I sent that to a couple friends this morning in an email discussion about happy hour after work. One's response was "that dog's glass is too small".

Could be some kind of Mastiff although it is awfully white for one of those.

Not only is it awesome as is but it has a reference to the very first Calvin and Hobbes strip. I have the first and last pinned to my wall at work.

I could have sworn I'd seen something similar by someone else in the past, but I can't Google it up right now.  Doesn't diminish the awesomeness of that strip, though.

I thought Mr. Bunn sounded familiar!  I kinda figured with the short-black hair of his wife, but that confirms it.  I enjoy the reverse of Calvin's usual attire in "Old Calvin."
I also found the image that I was thinking of.

It is pretty standard practice to pair a cheetah with a dog when they're in captivity, it helps them stay calm when there are people around, etc., because they take cues from their dog 'sibling', and the dog isn't upset by people, etc.

HOWEVER. That is a leopard, not a cheetah. So maybe they are doing the same thing but I've never heard of it being done with a leopard. Leopards are about 3000 times meaner than cheetahs, seems a lot more risky.
