Wait hang on, I seem to remember from 2004 or 2005 where CCP would provide assistance to corps who trained new players. I'm at work so I can't check EVE-O but I'm sure it was an early blog post. The assistance provided I can't remember either, I just have this nagging feeling about eve uni. It's also very possible that this policy has been stopped.
