Oh, I know exactly what you mean.  I have 4 stash spaces and 3 hero ones.  The hero ones can take 'any hero' uniques and other 'shary' stuff, so that's not so bad, but the normal ones are packed to the gunnels.

If I could spend splinters or something on stash, I totally would.  Probably before heroes.

Because beating Bullseye in storymode is super hard to do.  awesome, for real

47x3 times minus the dozen or so i actually did is a bit of a chore, yes :P

Based on the amount some crazy people have been hoarding an extra 141 won't get you anything. I expect I'll just have to trash my 70 for silver instad of anything cool.

Rumor has it that they're going to add some stash slots that can be purchased with splinters.

Over and out.

I got Cable to 20, and there he will stay till his 52 review. I can't even be bothered to push for the 1st synergy. He's not even as bad as pre-52 Punisher, he's just boring.

So looking forward to Doom. May have to pre-purchase. DOOM IS WORTH IT.

I got Cable to 60. It was painful but I did it during the Big 10 event with the super-xp and took a LOT of  +xp consumables. (I think I was at 800+ bonus xp)  I went full psionic as I had a lot of bonuses to that for hero synergies.  I will NOT be prestiging him, ever. It sucked just as much as oldschool cyclops. Two buttons to press and a basic-skill for filler/ stam recovery.

A lot of heroes got buffs and unique reworks on TC, I think cable was one. He's next up for a complete rework anyways, he might just be awesome in like a month.

The new Team-Up system has me excited. Is it on test so I can check it out early?

Taskmaster

Action! - now confers the benefits to Taskmaster without requiring him to stay within the hotspot area. Effect now includes a 50% increase in attack speed to his powers, as well as spirit regeneration for the duration of the effect. The cooldown has been reduced to 45s, while the duration has been adjusted to 10s. Activating this power no longer requires spirit. Power duration no longer affects this power (general rule for Signature and Ultimate powers)
Flawless Emulation - now restores spirit on critical hits and brutal strikes
Spider - movement speed affix replaced with a damage bonus after dodging or using a movement power
Anti-Heroic Charge and Deadly Volley - spirit cost reduced to 10 per activation
Rebounding Shield - DoT duration has been increased to 8s

Ms. Marvel

Stellar Beam - has been converted to a spirit spending power that deals 25% more damage after spending Photonic Energy. Also deals slightly less damage to each target it pierces after the first.
Photonic Devastation - now gains 1% damage per 1% attack speed, but can no longer “Beam Weave”
Radiant Cascade - now provides near unlimited Photonic Energy for its duration, allowing Ms Marvel to continuously cast her Photonic spenders
Photonic Wave - DoT duration flattened to 8s
Energy Infusion - Power has been cut and functionality merged to other powers. Active healing component moved to Infused Regeneration. Spirit component has been moved to Energy Absorption and now passively triggers when you spend Photonic Energy.
Flight of the Warbird - functionality has been moved to Kree Toughness, and power removed
Cruising Altitude - has been renamed Flight of the Warbird

The Cap Marvel changes are simple but solid. The flat value heal still needs a button press but the flat spirit heal is basically just a passive burst now that ups her already high regen value. Fills the hole on bosses when she normally would start to run dry because not enough shit was hitting her. Will drop reliance on the costume core that grants spirit on medpack use.

The most important bit is the skill point economy, with the one pointers being rolled into actual skills you'd max.

Beam and Devastation are just things to band-aid a full ranged build, should help damage scaling and provide an alternative spirit spender.

Cascade's interaction with her secondary resource makes for hilarious scenarios in terms of healing and resource regen. It's like being able to use medpacks without any cooldown for the duration.

Cosmic Midtown is insane today.  The drop rate is total  ACK!  One pack of bosses netted me around 13 uniques.

Apparently the 42% server side from cosmic week is still on, and odin boxes are still dropping in icp.  Not sure if the tiny chance at a mysterious crimson boxes puts them over mm boxes, i would lean towards yes.

Sometimes I forget how fucking tanky my Cap Marvel is. I was on cosmic midtown and nothing was hurting me and I thought that I maybe went to regular midtown by accident. I was running back to the portal pad to check/switch zones when I then watched half a dozen people just melt to a bunch of doom bots, while I was standing in the middle of them checking my map  why so serious?

Quite like the approach to SW nerfing on TC. Legion is now a maximum of 5 ranks, and the gtaoedot that heals will heal less.

Also Rocket gets an interesting overhaul.

Kind of sad to see Punisher head shot get nerfed, but hard to argue it is a bad decision.

Got on TC and did a summon build. Stupidly OP but not very fun because I was standing around doing nothing. All my points had gone into my minions (who were destroying Cosmic Midtown like it was nothing) leaving me with no personal attacks.  Might see if I can tweak it to be a bit more fun.

Someone claimed a ten second ttk on the raid dummy with a summon build, which makes it nearly twice as good as the next best char.  That is definitely getting tuned down.  His abilities look too damn good not to use them.

I started playing this a few weeks ago and have a level 35 Captain American. On Sunday I discovered the midtown madness chest and got 5 uniques in about a half hour of play. I went back yesterday and in 2 hours of play I got only 1 unique. About half way through I realized none of the stuff I was wearing had rare find so found some purples with rare find and put them on to open the chests with no difference. Think I was getting yellows 1 every 3 chest or better on Sunday but was getting a lot less, maybe 1 in 6, yellow items even after the boosting the rare find. So I don't know what was special about Sunday.

I also have a question based on the talk about cosmic midtown. Too low level to do cosmic but I have heroic turned on for the missions. I don't see a heroic midtown option. Am I missing something?

Normal/Heroic/Super Heroic don't have any bearing on the challenge mode games (Midtown, Industry City, X-def etc), it's only really relevant to the Story mode. The Cosmic versions of Midtown and ICPatrol are only for L60 players who are well geared and don't mind being horribly murdered over and over.

As for Uniques dropping, I wouldn't use purples with +RIF or +SIF instead of the Uniques you've already found, the difference to drop rates is pretty negligible at lower levels; potions are better for finding more gear.

Yeah, that sunday was just luck.  Rare item find won't make a huge difference unless stacked to astronomical levels.

Speaking of cosmic, did it get a nerf? I've been using Juggs to do the rep missions the last few days and he's not dying the way Hulk and Surfer were a few weeks ago. I know my Surfer is better-geared; thus my suspicion of a nerf.
