I just now caught up with the first mix, and I'm really impressed.  Any idea on when the third will begin?

I sent some suggestions, certain of the impending ridicule coming from the shadows, laughing at my overly-mainstream taste in music.

Schild isn't picking the tape this time though, so it might be entirely different. Do share!

I very thoughtfully picked out about 15 or so songs. I doubt I will see any of them on the mixtape, but I still hope I impressed our sekkrit mixtape mixer with my musical tastes. It was really hard not to include What a Fool Believes. Really hard.

Yes, I am not sure why album one was considered to be emo.

Was it?  It was definitely not emo.  I think people were worried that it might be though.

Big thanks to everyone who sent music in.  There was a lot of good stuff I'd never heard of, and I had a hard time trimming it down to one CD's worth at the end.  (There was also a lot of stuff I'd be happy never to hear again, but, well, omelettes and eggs, different strokes, etc.)
