Is that guy surfing in an ocean of urine?
Also, anything that is more than 1-2 seconds is a video, not a picture.

No he is likely just over a sandy bottom and with the strong wave action the water has a lot of sediment in it and with the sun shining through it winds up looking a bit yellowed.

When you see him in the first few frames, he looks like a videogame character. Is it just an animation?

It appears to be just how he is holding his go pro or similar camera.

Photoshop of Dr. Evil onto the bill in 3...2...1... At this point, I think the countries primary source of income is printing those bills so people buy them as collector items. Edit: Ah, and I see they actually dropped that as a currency last year, and adopted the US dollar (and anything else anybody wants to use).

Dropped it longer back than that, actually.
Around the time that they were having to print in denominations of billions and trillions.

If you go to Victoria Falls (which you can do from Zambia or South Africa) you'll see guys selling wads of these and other similarly silly bills to tourists. I have a stack somewhere. I imagine you can find them on ebay pretty easily
Also, Victoria Falls are just awesome.

Yeah, I've seen them for sale across currency/coin shops across Europe. I think I picked up a one trillion bill for pretty cheap (my collector bill stuff is buried somewhere, so can't confirm exactly which one). I imagine you can get one in America pretty easily.

Heh, I still have some Zim $5 and 10 bills from back in the 1980s, which are technically still legal tender but are basically worth absolutely nothing at all. Less than nothing, really.
The problem with US currency there now is making change, because the entire supply of it is through forex of some kind or another (a lot of it from salaries paid to NGO employees, expatriates working there for embassies etc.) so stores and so on often don't have a lot of US currency on hand to make change with. I hear from friends who say it makes shopping a really complicated thing.

I know how many wrecks happen as you are driving along and that thing shoots over the top of you and you wind up flinching and wacking into it.
